Job Overview: 

Responsible for coordinating daily supply chain activities including purchase order management, inbound logistics, inventory accuracy, supplier follow up, and ERP documentation. This role ensures timely material availability to support production schedules, maintains compliance with food safety and traceability requirements, and supports continuous improvement within the Supply Chain department.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Material & Production Coordination — Coordinate daily raw material, packaging, and consumable requirements with Production to ensure readiness for scheduled runs.
  • Monitor Material Availability — Co-ordinate with the planners and productions to prevent schedule changes.
  • Maintain accurate data in ERP system — inventory. Production orders and planning parameters.
  • Prepare and maintain reports – update reports to support planning and operational decisions.
  • Cross Functional & Continuous Improvement Support — Partner with QA, Procurement, Logistics, and Production to resolve material issues, expedite shipments, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The Recipe for Success: 

  • Completion of college diploma in Supply Chain Fundamentals or Business
  • Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Logistics, or Production Coordination
  • Knowledge of and experience leading supply planning practices and end-to-end supply chain concepts
  • Must have strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project)
  • Must have strong judgement, problem solving, decision making, and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and manage change
  • Proven project management skills and a record of delivering results in connection with business improvement and cost efficiency
  • Must have strong analytical and organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up consistently with suppliers and internal teams.
