Supply Chain Coordinator

Mills Performance Supply Chain Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to monitor logistics operations, assess supply chain risks, and improve operational efficiency. This role involves analyzing performance data, coordinating with suppliers and carriers, and helping prevent disruptions to ensure smooth, reliable supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Monitor supply chain activities and identify potential risks. Analyze transportation, inventory, and supplier performance data. Maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and risk management plans. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to resolve issues. Support business continuity planning and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and efficiency. Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP or supply chain management systems. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of inventory management, transportation, and supply chain best practices preferred.
