Responsibilities Drive production continuity by proactively managing the movement and timely arrival of critical materials. Optimize supply chain reliability by maintaining constant communication with vendors to mitigate potential delivery risks. Transform operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and implementing rapid solutions to resolve material shortages. Champion cross-departmental collaboration to refine procurement processes and enhance overall throughput. Ensure data integrity by maintaining precise documentation of all incoming shipments and current stock levels. Contribute to long-term operational success by assisting in the design and execution of advanced inventory management strategies. Facilitate accurate financial and operational reporting through the execution of regular inventory audits and reconciliations. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated success in material coordination, inventory control, or logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern inventory management software. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and solve complex logistical problems. Competency in technical tasks including tape measure reading and basic computer operations. Preferred Skills Formal education or certification in supply chain management or logistics. Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a high-velocity environment.
