This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and the maturity to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Track and monitor all assigned cases, orders, and supply chain activities from initiation through completion. Enter, maintain, and audit supply chain data for accuracy and completeness. Follow up on open items and ensure timely resolution of issues. Serve as a key point of contact between Supply Chain, Project Managers, Operations, and other internal departments. Coordinate departmental communications to ensure alignment and information sharing across teams. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and ad hoc status reports. Identify potential issues and escalate concerns promptly to appropriate leaders. Lead or support daily morning update meetings to review project status, open issues, priorities, and action items. Document meeting outcomes and ensure action items are communicated and tracked to completion. Support the strategic goals and values of the company Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, project coordination or operations support role. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records. Experience working with ERP, inventory management, or supply chain systems. Experience with Project Management software preferred. Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Collaborative approach and team-oriented mindset. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Accountability, reliability, and a sense of urgency.
