Supply Chain Coordinator

GRANDIA SUPPLY CHAIN INC. is hiring an organized and results-driven Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee daily logistics, purchasing, inventory, and distribution activities. This role involves coordinating shipments, tracking stock levels, managing supplier communications, and maintaining accurate operational records to ensure efficient supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate purchasing, shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment activities. Work with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations. Track shipments, delivery schedules, inventory levels, and order status. Maintain purchase orders, shipping records, inventory reports, and logistics documentation. Monitor stock levels, support replenishment planning, and resolve inventory discrepancies. Update ERP, WMS, and TMS systems to ensure accurate operational data. Review supply chain costs and performance metrics to identify process improvements. Assist with vendor coordination, procurement activities, and transportation planning. Address delivery delays, shipment issues, and other operational challenges. Qualifications: Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory, purchasing, or warehouse operations preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or TMS platforms is an advantage. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred. Pay & Benefits: Performance-based bonuses.
