Job Description
An employer is seeking a Change Management Manager to support an active supply chain program, one of the organization's most visible strategic initiatives focused on the enterprise-wide separation of their Orthopaedics business. This project is currently considered a top priority across multiple North America and EMEA go-live activities. The Change Management Manager will support the supply chain data workstream, helping guide stakeholders through stage gate processes, drive adoption of new ways of working, and ensure readiness for implementation and go-live milestones. This individual will serve as a key liaison between business users and project leadership, helping navigate resistance, align stakeholders, and keep critical deliverables on track through transition into steady-state operations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
The Change Management Manager will partner closely with supply chain, business, and project stakeholders to manage activities across each phase of the supply chain stage gate process, from planning and sourcing through final delivery and operational readiness. On a daily basis, they will track action items, monitor project milestones, coordinate deliverables across multiple teams, and ensure stakeholders remain accountable for commitments and delivery dates. The role will involve analyzing and correlating supply chain data, supporting readiness activities tied to the SAP implementation, and helping stakeholders understand and adopt new processes that may create additional work for their teams. Success in this position requires the ability to influence difficult stakeholders without direct authority, communicate effectively with both business and technical teams, and provide consistent status updates and reporting through Microsoft Office tools. The individual will also support go-live planning, hypercare activities, and the eventual transition to steady-state operations while working across North American and EMEA business groups as needed.
