Hiring: Supply Chain Data Analyst - Pricing Database & Inventory Reporting Location : Redmond, WA (3 Days Onsite) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Data Analyst to support pricing database maintenance, inventory management, reporting, and data-driven process improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with database querying, data analysis, inventory metrics, KPI development, and dashboard creation. In this role, you will collaborate with supply chain, finance, and business stakeholders to maintain accurate supplier pricing data, monitor inventory levels, identify excess inventory, and develop reporting solutions that improve operational visibility and business decision-making. You will also gather business requirements and translate them into actionable specifications for technical teams. Key Responsibilities Maintain and validate supplier pricing databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Query databases and analyze large datasets to support supply chain and finance operations. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and metrics for inventory performance and excess inventory tracking. Monitor inventory trends, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions. Leverage data automation to streamline inventory reporting and reduce manual effort. Collaborate with stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and business functions to understand reporting and operational requirements. Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for programmers and developers.
