The Fountain Group is currently seeking a --------Supply Chain Associate for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in -- Russellville, AR . Details for the position are as follows: Contract of 6 months, with potential extensions. Pay range is $23-25/hr. Onsite. Job Description: The Supply Chain Associate will support the Lean Supply Chain teams with daily operations, data analysis, process improvement, and project activities in a manufacturing environment. This role will work closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and support business results. Support process optimization and material flow efficiency initiatives Assist with Goods Receipt and Invoice Receipt verification Monitor material shelf life and support extension processes Assist with material obsolescence reviews and disposal activities Collect, analyze, and document operational data Support end-to-end material planning processes and workflows Assist with warehouse operations, inventory management, and material tracking Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations as needed Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in related field (supply chain, business management, data analytics, or engineering) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated interest in continuous improvement and operational excellence Excellent verbal and written communication skills By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
