Supply Chain Associate Company: Clinical Services International Department: Operations Location: Horsham, PA (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary Clinical Services International is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Supply Chain Associate to support our Operations team in Horsham, PA. This role is responsible for coordinating the movement of materials and inventory throughout the supply chain, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in receiving, inventory control, shipping, along with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and internal customer service. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the movement of materials, products, and inventory to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems (WMS). Effectively manage multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and shipping documentation. Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders in accordance with company standards and delivery schedules. Collaborate with carriers and internal departments to resolve shipping, inventory, and logistics-related issues. Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with cycle counting processes to maintain inventory accuracy. Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing business needs, priorities, and work environments. Support supply chain reporting and generate data reports to assist with inventory planning and operational improvements. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing costs, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience with receiving, inventory management, and shipping operations. Knowledge of warehouse and supply chain processes. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to accurately maintain inventory records and documentation. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience using ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
