Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and track facility inventory levels for essential mailing supplies, trays, sleeves, and processing equipment
• Generate stock replenishment requests and coordinate with regional distribution hubs to prevent critical asset shortages
• Utilize supply chain management software to input logistics data, track asset locations, and update inventory counts
• Audit incoming supply manifests against physical delivery counts to maintain flawless database integrity
• Collaborate closely with transportation dispatchers and warehouse floor leads to synchronize asset arrivals and departures
• Identify supply bottlenecks or equipment surpluses within the network and report data trends to logistics supervisors

Requirements and Qualifications
• Must be a United States citizen or a lawful permanent resident alien
• Must be at least eighteen years old or sixteen years old with a high school diploma
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background screening, federal drug test, and administrative competency evaluation
• Strong basic computer skills and familiarity with digital spreadsheet data entry or inventory tracking programs
• Analytical mindset with the capability to read shipping manifests, tracking numbers, and asset distribution reports
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English to coordinate with diverse facility teams
