Supply Chain Assistant

Controls stock (raw materials, finished product) through SAP system Place purchase orders domestically and internationally Communicates with Japan office on status of orders Participates in production scheduling Managers and rates vendors based on price, on-time delivery, and quality Communicates with vendors to obtain status of incoming orders Maintain information in vendor database Prepares and presents inventory data according to management requirements Sustains and follows TS16949 and ISO9001 quality procedures to improve the overall Vendor Management System. Matches vendor invoices with purchase orders and enters information into operating system. Prepares various reports as directed by management. Filing and organizing purchase orders, invoice, and production records accordingly.
