We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Supply Chain & Inventory Planner to take ownership of how inventory moves across a growing, multi-location network. You’ll play a key role in building and optimizing a hub-and-spoke distribution model, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time—without excess or waste.

This isn’t just planning—it’s execution, optimization, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Own

Inventory Planning & Replenishment

  • Decide what to buy, when to buy it, and how much
  • Execute purchase orders and intercompany transfers across locations
  • Set and optimize min/max levels, safety stock, and reorder points
  • Monitor demand trends and proactively adjust planning inputs
  • Partner with Procurement to align with supplier constraints and lead times

Network Strategy (Hub-and-Spoke Model)

  • Help build and optimize a centralized distribution model
  • Determine where inventory should live across hub and spoke locations
  • Reduce duplication while improving product availability
  • Standardize stocking strategies across the network

Inventory Optimization

  • Identify and reduce excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory
  • Drive SKU rationalization and standardization
  • Use data (ABC analysis, demand variability, velocity) to improve decisions
  • Balance service levels with working capital and inventory efficiency

Inventory Control & Accuracy

  • Track key KPIs like in-stock rate, turns, and variance
  • Partner with warehouse teams on cycle counts and audits
  • Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain clean, reliable inventory data that drives decision-making

Cross-Functional Impact

  • Work closely with Procurement, Operations, and warehouse teams
  • Support broader planning processes like S&OP
  • Help bring structure and consistency to evolving systems and workflows

Requirements

 What You Bring

  • 4–5+ years in inventory planning, supply chain, or operations
  • Experience in multi-location environments (strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel and/or ERP/MRP experience
  • Ability to spot inefficiencies and drive process improvements
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Nice to Have

  • Background in distribution, manufacturing, or multi-site operations
  • Experience with inventory optimization or demand planning
  • Exposure to hub-and-spoke or network transformations
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics or AI tools in supply chain

Why This Role Matters

You won’t just maintain the system—you’ll help build a smarter, more efficient supply chain from the ground up. Your work will directly impact service levels, operational efficiency, and company growth.
