Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Analyst / Supply Chain Specialist to support supply chain operations, procurement, inventory management, logistics, demand planning, and supplier coordination. The ideal candidate will analyze supply chain data, identify process improvements, monitor inventory levels, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of materials and products. This role is suitable for candidates with backgrounds in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields . Key Responsibilities Analyze supply chain, inventory, procurement, and logistics data to identify trends and opportunities. Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, safety stock, and replenishment requirements. Support demand forecasting and supply planning activities. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, warehouses, transportation teams, and internal stakeholders. Track purchase orders, deliveries, shipments, and supplier performance. Assist with procurement and sourcing activities, including RFQs and vendor comparisons. Identify supply chain delays, shortages, excess inventory, and potential disruptions. Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools . Maintain accurate supply chain and inventory records in ERP systems. Support warehouse and distribution operations. Analyze transportation and logistics costs and recommend improvements. Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, fill rate, lead time, forecast accuracy, and supplier performance . Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Logistics teams. Participate in process-improvement and cost-reduction initiatives. Document processes, procedures, and supply chain performance. Assist with implementing supply chain strategies and continuous-improvement programs. Required Qualifications Entry Level: Bachelor's degree in: Supply Chain Management Logistics Operations Management Industrial Engineering Business Administration Business Analytics Manufacturing Engineering Related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Mid Level: 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory, planning, or operations. Experience working with ERP/MRP systems. Ability to analyze large datasets and develop actionable recommendations. Experience with supplier/vendor coordination and supply planning.
