Supply Chain Analyst

Job Overview This is a part-time onsite position supporting material flow, purchasing, inventory, and supplier coordination in a manufacturing environment. ideally 2 full days onsite + ½ day 20 hours/week, Onsite 6 months contract Key Responsibilities Ensure a continuous flow of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies. Manage and follow up on open Purchase Orders and order schedules. Work with suppliers regarding late orders, confirmations, delivery dates, and material issues. Monitor supplier performance and support KPI tracking. Review and take action on daily MRP (Material Requirements Planning) messages. Identify recurring material issues and escalate them appropriately. Collaborate with Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and other internal teams. Help maintain appropriate inventory levels to support production. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials, Purchasing, Inventory, or Production preferred. Manufacturing experience preferred. Experience with SAP or another ERP system is a plus, but not required. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Negotiation and supplier management experience is a plus. College degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred but not required.
