ry, procurement, demand, logistics, and operations. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain reports. Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, shortages, and excess inventory. Assist with demand planning and forecasting using historical data and business requirements. Track purchase orders, supplier performance, delivery schedules, and lead times. Identify supply chain bottlenecks and recommend process improvements. Analyze procurement and logistics costs to identify cost-saving opportunities. Maintain accurate supply chain databases and ensure data quality. Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment, lead time, and on-time delivery. Support procurement, warehouse, logistics, production, and operations teams with data-driven insights. Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and supply chain-related issues. Conduct root cause analysis for delays, shortages, excess inventory, and operational inefficiencies. Support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes. Maintain documentation related to supply chain processes, reports, and analysis. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis. Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics processes. Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, demand planning, and order fulfillment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good numerical and quantitative abilities. Excellent attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with large datasets and prepare clear reports. Preferred Qualifications Internship or academic project experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations. Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau. Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is an advantage. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and performance metrics. Relevant certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, or Operations are a plus.
