Supply Chain Analyst

Role Description The Supply Chain Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in New Jersey, United States. This role is responsible for analyzing supply chain data to support demand planning, inventory optimization, and overall operational efficiency. The Supply Chain Analyst will monitor key performance metrics, prepare reports and dashboards, and identify trends or risks that could impact supply, demand, or service levels. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, operations, and logistics, to ensure accurate forecasting and timely replenishment. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives, refining processes, and contributing to data-driven decision-making across the supply chain. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities. Candidates should possess demand planning skills, with experience in forecasting, trend analysis, and capacity planning. Candidates should possess supply chain operations knowledge, with familiarity in logistics, procurement, and end-to-end supply chain processes. Candidates should possess inventory management skills, including stock level optimization, replenishment planning, and monitoring of inventory performance. Candidates should possess effective communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Relevant qualifications may include a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field, and experience with ERP or supply chain planning tools. Additional beneficial skills include proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools, attention to detail, and familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
