Location Name Columbus Corporate Headquarters Responsibilities POSITION OVERVIEW This is a strategic and influential role that will shape the delivery experience for all Phoenix retail customers, owning and executing the end to end cost and quality performance. Key Responsibilities Supply & Inventory Management Review and track warehouse and operational supply usage, inventory levels, and replenishment needs Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate inventory counts and research in response to operational and customer requests Track inbound ASN/PO completion rates and vendor fulfillment performance to identify shortages, delays, and recurring issues Monitor top- and tail-performing SKUs, including end-of-life inventory, and identify opportunities for consolidation or disposition Identify smart-slotting and inventory consolidation opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and space utilization Vendor & Cost Management Research and evaluate vendors to identify cost-saving opportunities for supplies and operational purchases Compare pricing, service levels, and alternatives to support purchasing decisions and ongoing cost optimization Operational Reporting & Analysis Prepare and distribute daily DTC operational reporting Develop and maintain weekly inbound and outbound volume projections for Radial Monitor transmission and system errors, coordinate resolution, and identify recurring issues or trends Track VAS projects from initiation through completion, including units worked, completed, and returned to inventory/put-away Inventory Adjustments & Exception Management Process and track inventory adjustment requests related to samples, damages, and other inventory exceptions Partner with warehouse operations to investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure timely resolution Customer & Cross-Functional Support Respond to supply chain and inventory-related requests from Customer Service and other internal teams Coordinate store address changes and maintain accurate shipping/location information across applicable systems Partner with Operations, Customer Service, Transportation, IT, and external vendors to resolve day-to-day supply chain issues Required Experience & Qualifications 3-5 years in transportation, logistics or supply chain analytics Demonstrated ability to audit parcel and freight audit payment and systems application Proficient in data analysis, reporting, KPI tracking and performance measurement Understanding of modes of transportation Able to manage and improve budget and unit economics particularly on cost per package and shipment Critical Skills & Attributes Strong analytical and problem solving skills Comfortable with ambiguity Enjoy working independently and in a team environment Able to present and provide solutions to problems with da…
