Supply Chain Analyst - Plano, TX - Contract - $21-31 Per HR Description In a dynamic environment, the Supply Chain Analyst will coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials across departments according to production schedules. This onsite role requires effective communication skills to distribute reports, highlight trends, and identify operational gaps. The position involves managing performance and quality issues to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools is essential. Key Responsibilities Monitor daily volumes to ensure timely closure of tickets in adherence with operational targets. Coordinate with supply chain management, demand planning, customer service, and production teams. Support inventory monitoring and adjustments. Manage team performance to achieve production KPIs by monitoring planned vs. actual, process defects, and cost management. Drive the reduction of defective parts through sustaining optimal production conditions and promoting corrective actions. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field or 3-5 years’ experience in a supply chain analyst role. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in office and ERP systems. Experience in consumer electronics, appliances, or similar fields. Data cleaning and forecasting experience. Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
