The Technician; Finishing Clerical role is to support production by performing tasks necessary to manage inventory of finished product from production to sales. Overview Of Responsibility For The Role Allocation of orders in SAP daily (domestics and exports) Check quality of slurry batches Post Goods Issues ( PGI ) in SAP Work with Quality carrier for transportation of slurry products Work with CSR planners to ensure we have products to meet customer needs Work with operators responsible for slurry shipping tasks Provide reports from SAP and BW (Slurry Inventory Report, SW heels Report, Open order report, Monthly report) Slurry Heel Database Reconcile SAP vs Slurry tanks Shipping and returning empty railcars (shop, storage) Work with CSX transportation (shipping and tracking of railcars) Customer returns Filing Slurry Operators shipping line up Railroad pull sheet Unloading railcars in SAP Creating STO’s Post Goods Receipts (PGR) in SAP Barcodes for Sherwin Williams Keeping tracks of loaded railcars Reconcile railcars VS Rail Report and SAP Sap cleanup from terminals Consignment inventory reconcile Troubleshooting SAP Qualifications Experience: 2 years of experience preferably in the areas of slurry, logistics or operation or some administrative function. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge in inventory and warehouse management Experience in the SAP platform in the inventory and quality modules. Knowledge of inventory control methods (FIFO, LIFO) Familiarity with production processes and the management of finished and semi-finished products. Knowledge in the management of blocked, slow-moving material not available for sale. Management of data analysis and reporting tools. Knowledge of internal control standards and SOX. Skills: Analytical ability to identify and resolve inventory issues. Teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to coordinate with different departments and handle multiple tasks. Proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure. Organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Pay Range (in Local Currency) $29.40 - $45.94 Chemours Level 22 Annual Bonus Target 4% The pay range and incentives listed above is a general guideline based on the primary location of this job only and not a guarantee of total compensation.
