Supply Chain Analyst

Supply Chain Analyst 3 Location: Plano, TX (Fully Onsite – 5 Days a Week) Duration: 6 Months Position Summary: We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst III to support operational reporting, KPI tracking, inventory monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves analyzing performance data, identifying operational gaps, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily operational volumes, productivity, and ticket closures against targets. Prepare daily reports and communicate KPIs, trends, and performance gaps to leadership. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Customer Service, and Production teams. Support inventory monitoring and adjustments across ASC locations. Track production KPIs, labor costs, defects, and planned vs. actual performance. Identify process inefficiencies and drive corrective actions and continuous improvements. Required Skills: 3–5 years of Supply Chain Analyst experience or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field. Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, complex formulas). Experience with data cleaning, forecasting, and demand planning. Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and ERP systems (SAP preferred). Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in consumer electronics, appliances, or service supply chain is preferred.
