LHHSupply Chain Analyst About the Opportunity A growing consumer products organization is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support data-driven planning and execution across the supply chain. This role will analyze demand, inventory, purchasing, supplier performance, logistics, and fulfillment data to improve product availability, inventory health, and operational performance. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with supply chain knowledge and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations. Key Responsibilities Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain recurring supply chain reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Track and analyze demand, inventory, purchase orders, inbound shipments, transfer orders, service levels, and fulfillment performance. Create clear and actionable reporting to support operational and leadership decision-making. Present findings, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to key stakeholders. Inventory Management & Planning Analyze inventory performance by SKU, customer, channel, and location. Identify shortages, excess inventory, aging stock, slow-moving items, and replenishment priorities. Support inventory optimization initiatives to improve product availability while managing working capital. Monitor inventory health and recommend corrective actions to address risk areas. Demand & Supply Planning Support Support demand planning and supply planning activities by comparing forecasts, orders, promotions, seasonality, product launches, and actual sales trends. Analyze forecast performance and identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy. Assist with new product introductions, promotional activities, product transitions, and inventory strategies. Support cross-functional planning efforts to ensure alignment between demand and supply requirements. Supplier & Logistics Analysis Monitor purchase orders, supplier lead times, production schedules, and inbound shipments. Identify and escalate material shortages, late deliveries, and supply chain risks. Support visibility across procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, and fulfillment activities. Assist with improving supplier and transportation performance through data analysis and reporting. Systems & Data Management Reconcile information across ERP, warehouse, fulfillment, and customer systems to improve data integrity and visibility. Maintain supply chain master data, including planning parameters, product records, bills of material, and inventory setup information. Support continuous improvement of reporting tools, planning systems, and data management processes. Assist with system enhancements and supply chain technology initiatives. Continuous Improvement Investigate operational variances and perform root cause analysis. Develop recommendations to improve service levels, inventory performance, planning accuracy, and supply chain efficiency. Document and improve processes as the organization continues to grow and scale. Partner with stakeholders to implement process improvements and corrective actions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered. Approximately 2-5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, inventory analysis, planning, purchasing, logistics, operations, or a related function. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and large dataset analysis. Experience using ERP, inventory management, warehouse management, or planning systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to translate complex data into concise business recommendations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
