Supply Chain Analyst

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support supply chain planning, inventory management, and operational performance. This role involves analysing supply chain data, monitoring inventory levels, reviewing purchasing and logistics activities, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with operational data, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams, and communicating findings that support informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities. Monitor inventory levels and support demand and supply planning activities. Review purchasing, order fulfilment, and logistics information for accuracy and efficiency. Track supplier performance, delivery schedules, and order status. Prepare reports on inventory, procurement, transportation, and supply chain performance. Identify potential supply disruptions and communicate issues to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams. Assist with forecasting and planning activities using historical data and business requirements. Maintain accurate records of supply chain transactions and operational information. Recommend process improvements to support cost control and reliable product availability. What We're Looking For Experience or relevant knowledge in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, inventory control, or business analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data reporting tools. Understanding of inventory management, purchasing, and supply chain processes. Ability to interpret operational data and prepare clear reports. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to collaborate with different teams and manage competing priorities.
