Supply Chain Analyst
TrevaJoin a Global Leader in Automation We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support the flow of materials from purchase order issuance through final delivery. This role is critical to ensuring production schedules are met by maintaining supplier relationships, tracking material status, resolving supply chain disruptions, and providing visibility across the organization. Key Responsibilities Material Planning & Order Tracking Monitor materials from PO confirmation through delivery. Track order status, lead times, and shipments using Oracle ERP and related systems. Ensure materials arrive on time to support production schedules. Identify shortages, delays, and supply chain risks before they impact operations. Coordinate expedited shipments and recovery plans when necessary. Supplier Management Build and maintain strong supplier relationships. Communicate regularly with suppliers regarding shipments, lead times, and delivery commitments. Partner with internal teams to resolve supplier performance issues. Assist with alternative sourcing and contingency planning as needed. Reporting & Analysis Analyze supply chain performance metrics, including:- On-Time Delivery Lead Time Variance Material Availability Inventory Levels Prepare reports and updates for internal stakeholders. Identify trends and recommend process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Cross-Functional Support Work closely with Purchasing, Production Planning, Warehouse, and Project Teams. Resolve material shortages and delivery challenges. Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the supply chain. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field preferred. 2+ years of supply chain, logistics, purchasing, material planning, or inventory management experience. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and supplier relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Manufacturing or industrial environment experience. Experience reading bills of materials (BOMs), work orders, and part drawings. Inventory control and material handling experience. Warehouse or production support experience.
