Tupelo
Honey is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Administrator to join the buzz at
our “Hive” corporate team. This team member will assist the Senior Supply Chain
Manager with department information related to our database and systems
administration of our primary ordering and inventory system at Tupelo Honey
Hospitality Corporation. They are required to aid in set-up and maintenance of
items, purchasing, and recipe data within the purchasing and inventory software.
Additionally, it is the responsibility of the Supply Chain Administrator to
collaborate with Operations, Culinary, Beverage, IT, and Financial Departments
to assist in system management, provide accurate systems support, and sustain
accurate costing and product information.

PRIMARY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support
store operators with purchasing software training, best practices, and policy
enforcement.
- Maintain
all systems details for inventory and non-inventory items within Crunchtime/NetChef.
- Assist
and support the SVP of Culinary & Beverage and associated vendors with
purchase item upkeep, including costing, item codes, calories, and units of
measure.
- Cost
out and organize proprietary beverage and menu items within the system with
additional reporting necessary surrounding New Menu Rollouts.
- Analyze
receipts and reports for anomalies in data and system functionality.
- Oversight
of the New Beverage Request Process.
- Oversight
of Order Guide management and all new item creation within Net Chef.
- Responsible
for Inventory, COGS, Usage, Menu Mix, Sales Mix, and Commissary reporting
through Net Chef.
- Bi-weekly
Operations communications around updates, product availability, and any
upcoming projects to affect the store level team.
- Work closely with the culinary and operations teams to understand
menu requirements, procure products to spec, and forecast demand.
- Assist
SVP of Culinary & Beverage with Steritech tracking and monitoring of store level results.
- Interface
with vendors and accounting to ensure credits are processed and received.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Restaurant
industry Experience - Knowledge of inventory best practices and financial
implications highly preferable
- Experience
using crunchtime, birchstreet, compeat, market man, or similar
restaurant software.
- Proficiency
in managing multiple tasks and projects
- Strong
critical thinking skills
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate
skill level with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel.

to quickly process information
