We are a premium manufacturer with expertise in metallurgy, specializing in high-performance, corrosion- and wear-resistant precision parts. We are headquartered in Germany, with eleven locations across four countries, and our North American branch is in Battle Creek, Michigan. We operate four core business lines: PCB lamination and precision die cutting plates, foundry, single and twin screw manufacturing and plate and extrusion services. Every one of those lines depends on workflow coordination, especially through our Battle Creek facility accurately and on time — that's where this role comes in. The Opportunity We're hiring a Logistics Coordinator to own the physical flow of material, especially in and out of our Battle Creek facility — receiving inbound raw material and components, staging and packing outbound customer orders, and coordinating with carriers to keep everything moving on schedule. This is an entry-level(2-3 years’ experience), on-site role for someone who takes ownership of processing every customers order logistics. What You Will Do RECEIVING & INVENTORY Receive and log inbound shipments of raw materials, components, and parts against purchase and stock orders Support cycle counts and periodic physical inventory checks SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT Coordination of in and outbound shipments from/for suppliers and customers, ensuring accurate documentation Coordinate pickups and deliveries with freight carriers and logistics partners; track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies Prepare export/import paperwork and bills of lading for domestic and international shipments Ensure we are complainant with international tariff and duties regulations. COORDINATION & COMMUNICATION Communicate shipment status and timing to sales and production Flag recurring carrier or process issues to leadership and help fix them Who We Are Looking For THE RIGHT PERSON Organized, you keep track of what's coming, what's going, and what's still in process without letting things slip Detail-oriented, you double-check labels, counts, and paperwork before a shipment leaves the building Reliable and punctual, part of a small, close-knit team where everyone pitches in Clear communicator, comfortable flagging a problem early rather than letting it become a surprise QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or experience in logistics and/or supply chain 2–3 years of experience in logistics— we're happy to develop the right person Basic computer skills: MS Office and experience with ERP software Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive, market-rate package for this role. market competitive Benefits Full package Medical, dental, 401(k), PTO Why C.A.
