In return, we’ll help you build a career that you can feel passionate about. Job Summary We are seeking a Supply and Distribution Coordinator to work at our Production facility in Stone Ridge, NY. This individual will perform duties to receive inventory, distribute, reorder and ship products, goods, and equipment as necessary or instructed following company policy and/or procedure. In this role you will be working both indoors and outdoors, sometimes with inclement weather. The work schedule is Monday - Friday - 1st shift. Must be able to start your shift as early as 5:30 am. This role is temporary with the potential to become a full-time employee. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Unload and load equipment using equipment such as motor vehicles, hand trucks and carrying containers. Receive and verify quantity, volume, and conditions of materials, equipment and product against shipping/receiving documents and proper authorization. Notify and/or deliver to the specified person or department. Identify and store materials and equipment and maintain mechanized system of inventory control/purchasing integration. Deliver and ship materials/equipment and product and follow proper paper path procedures to identify and maintain perpetual stores inventory. Coordinate work schedules of local supply and distribution personnel. Provide internal liaison and distribution services to other facilities in support of corporate needs. Perform all other related duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: No experience necessary, we will train. Must have a valid driver's license. Proficient in computers (IE: MS Office) PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The hourly pay rate for this position is $24.00.
