Supply and Delivery Coordinator

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply and Delivery Coordinator to join our supply chain operations team. In this vital role, you will oversee the seamless coordination of warehouse distribution, inventory management, procurement, and transportation logistics. Your proactive approach will ensure efficient order fulfillment, optimal stock levels, and timely deliveries, supporting our commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Duties Order supplies and materials as directed by management. Monitor stock levels and restock shelves. Receive deliveries and check orders for accuracy. Keep supplies organized and storage areas clean. Prepare and deliver needed materials and tools to rental properties. Communicate with management and crew leaders about supply needs. Pick up supplies from local vendors as needed. Load and unload materials safely. Keep accurate records of purchases, receipts, and deliveries. Assist with other supply and delivery tasks as assigned. Experience Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Dependable, organized, and able to follow through on assigned tasks. Basic computer skills for ordering supplies and maintaining records. Good communication skills. Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and unload supplies. Previous delivery, stocking, or purchasing experience is helpful but not required. Familiarity with painting, carpentry, and property maintenance supplies is a plus. Full-time, Monday–Thursday, four 10-hour days. Fridays off.
