Supply Agent

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Agent to join our Supply Department team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing accurate, timely and professional customer support for toner, ink, and other printer/copier supplies. This position manages supply requests from order through fulfillment, maintains accurate customer and equipment information, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure customers receive the correct supplies when needed. Duties Receive and process customer orders for toner, ink, and other printer/copier supplies by phone or email. Provide accurate product, order, and shipment information. Process order changes, returns, and related requests according to company procedures. Resolve customer questions and concerns related to supplies, billing, service, and orders. Research and resolve customer issues using sound judgment and problem-solving skills. Communicates customer feedback and service concerns to the appropriate internal teams. Maintain professional, courteous, and timely communication with customers and coworkers. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, managers, and visitors at all levels. Ability to provide effective customer service and resolve routine issues.
