The Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring supplier quality, compliance, and performance throughout the product lifecycle. This role serves as the primary quality liaison between suppliers and manufacturing, driving supplier qualification, risk management, problem resolution, continuous improvement, and compliance with customer, regulatory, and business requirements to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality products. Key Responsibilities Champion and ensure safe working practices are embedded in all processes. Serve as the Voice of Quality (VOQ) and primary Quality representative between supplier quality and the plant quality Leads and assists and ensures successful qualification and supplier approval from design to manufacturing readiness and manages supplier audits Conducts and manages supplier risks and communicates to all the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner Owns and manages supplier APQP, PPAP/FAI and assists with changes to the DFMEA/PFMEA/Control Plan relationship as it pertains to Quality Engineering.
