We are seeking for Supplier Quality Engineers to join our team in a medical device manufacturing environment, supporting supplier qualification, audits, and quality initiatives that ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen product reliability across the supply chain. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field). Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Solid knowledge of probability, statistics, and data analysis. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset. Experience in supplier qualification and audit processes. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 0 years relevant experience. Responsibilities Ensure suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services in accordance with company standards. Qualify and monitor suppliers through audits and ongoing performance evaluatios. Support the implementation and oversight of Certified Supplier Programs Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Post-Market Quality, and New Product Development teams. Evaluate supplier processes and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement. Define and validate receiving inspection and test methods for incoming components. Support pre-market quality for new product development, including part qualification and control plans.
