The Supplier Quality Analyst serves as the primary coordinator for containment, investigation, material disposition, risk assessment, and issue communication to minimize operational disruption and protect Client customers. This role ensures supplier quality issues are identified, controlled, documented, escalated, and driven toward resolution while maintaining accountability and supporting data-driven decision making. Position’s Contributions to Work Group: - The Supplier Quality Analyst coordinates supplier-related quality incidents affecting incoming material, production operations, inventory, or customer requirements. The position supports containment, investigation, disposition, risk assessment, stakeholder communication, and operational continuity while helping ensure supplier accountability and accurate quality documentation. Typical task breakdown: - Responsibilities include managing supplier-related quality incidents, assessing business risk, coordinating containment and recovery, facilitating disposition, supporting root-cause investigations, issuing supplier corrective actions, maintaining accurate documentation, and driving cross-functional actions toward resolution. Team Structure - SQ Analysists will have a team lead supporting their day-to-day along with a direct manager. Work environment: - Manufacturing environment, climate controlled, and onsite full-time. Education & Experience Required: - Years of experience: 2 - Degree requirement: Preferred, not required Additional Technical Skills (Required) - Experience with manufacturing processes, engineering drawings and requirements, structured problem solving, quality systems, quality documentation, risk assessment, nonconforming material, containment, and corrective action. (Desired) - Experience using 5 Why and Fishbone analysis is preferred. Soft Skills (Required) - Strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, organization, ownership, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
