Supplier Quality Engineer

Role: Supplier Quality Engineer Responsibilities Support electrical construction and energy projects by ensuring materials and components meet quality, safety, and performance standards. Qualify and audit suppliers to verify compliance with quality requirements. Develop and enforce quality standards and requirements for suppliers. Drive corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues. Analyze supplier performance data to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with engineering, project management, and field teams to ensure quality objectives are met. Support root-cause investigations on nonconforming materials to resolve issues effectively. Optimize supply chain reliability and support continuous improvement initiatives. Promote a safety-first, innovation-driven culture on large-scale projects. Qualifications & Skills Strong understanding of quality assurance, supplier auditing, and root-cause analysis. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-disciplinary teams.
