92TechnoAs the Specialist, JIS , you will lead the critical onboarding and launch phase for new Just-in-Sequence (JIS) suppliers. You will play a foundational role in building a resilient, cost-optimal supply chain from scratch, ensuring zero material disruptions at our advanced electric vehicle production plant. Key Responsibilities Supplier Launch & Onboarding Establish end-to-end supply chains with new partners, taking them from initial onboarding to "live" operational status. Co-design and implement advanced logistics planning concepts and delivery programs tailored for JIS operations. Audit and optimize supplier operational capacities (packaging, infrastructure, transit, and hardware/software readiness) against production schedules. JIS/JIT Operations & Material Flow Enforce core JIT/JIS processes , including BOM (parts lists) accuracy, disposition releases, advance shipping notices, and emergency safety stock protocols. Monitor and maintain part inventory data integrity, managing complaints, discrepancies, and cycle counts. Ensure IT system stability , overseeing the alignment of software and hardware networks that drive sequence communication with suppliers. Risk Management & Problem Resolution Identify supply chain bottlenecks early , proactively tracking parts inventory to mitigate shortage risks. Lead cross-departmental countermeasures to resolve critical material deficits swiftly. Drive root-cause analysis to sustainably eliminate recurring issues within the sequence pipeline. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience. Experience: 4+ years of automotive production logistics experience (Inbound/Outbound, Material Planning, JIT/JIS environments). Technical Domain: Deep familiarity with JIS automotive processes and the integrated IT infrastructure (process design, networking, and hardware/software) required for sequencing.
