Description The Pharmacy Logistics Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the safe, timely, and compliant transportation of medications to patients, healthcare facilities, pharmacies, and other authorized locations. This role ensures all deliveries are completed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and organizational regulations while maintaining the integrity, security, and proper handling of medications throughout the delivery process. The Pharmacy Logistics Supervisor leads and supports transportation staff, monitors delivery performance, optimizes routing and scheduling, promotes exceptional customer service, and implements continuous process improvements to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care. Qualifications Degrees: High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper. Additional Qualifications Leadership experience in direct personnel supervision preferably in customer service or Healthcare environment. Requires strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills to help resolve day-to-day related items. Must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, have good interpersonal skills to work with diverse populations in fast-paced crisis-oriented environment.
