The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, adaptable finance professional who is comfortable taking ownership of their work, managing competing priorities, and collaborating with both clients and internal teams.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, financial services, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
Experience within private equity, alternative investments, or financial services is preferred
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
Experience reviewing financial information and identifying or resolving discrepancies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to build and maintain effective client and internal relationships
Experience coaching, reviewing the work of, or supporting junior team members
Professional accounting certification or progress toward one is a plus, but not required
Comfortable learning new technology, systems, and processes
Self-motivated, collaborative, and interested in continued professional development
