Classification: Supervisor Union: COV OUT OF SCOPE Unit and Program: Supply Chain & Logistics Primary Location: Grey Nuns Community Hospital Location Details: Eligible to work hybrid (on/off site) within Alberta Employee Class: Regular Full Time FTE: 1.00 Posting End Date: 09-OCT-2026 Date Available: 01-JAN-2027 Hours per Shift: 7.75 Length of Shift in weeks: 2 Shifts per cycle: 10 Shift Pattern: Days Days Off: Saturday/Sunday Minimum Hourly Salary: $37.12 Maximum Hourly Salary: $55.68 Vehicle Requirement: Driver's License, Vehicle Provided Required Qualifications: Post-secondary diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience required. Minimum of 3 to 5 years multifaceted supply chain related experience in inventory operations, logistics, distribution, forecasting/planning, procurement, etc. Equivalencies in education and experience may be considered. Additional Required Qualifications: Demonstrated experience leading and implementing operational, process improvement, and change management initiatives within a complex organizational environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing demands, and perform effectively in a fast-paced and complex environment. Knowledge of supply chain operations, procurement processes, inventory management practices, and healthcare compliance requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., Oracle) and inventory management systems. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare. Oracle (inventory management) or other ERP experience.
