We want more than someone who can drive. We’re looking for someone who understands their truck, prioritizes safety, and knows how to get the job done right. Starting Pay: $25/hour Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | Day & Night Shifts Available Location: Southern California WHAT WE EXPECT: Minimum 2 years of commercial truck driving experience; Super 10 experience strongly preferred. Valid Class A CDL and acceptable driving record. Proficient in operating a 10-speed manual transmission. Strong mechanical knowledge of diesel engines, air brakes, transmissions, and hydraulic systems. Complete thorough daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including fluids, tires, brakes, suspension, and safety equipment. Fully understand PTO operation, hydraulic dump systems, and proper dumping procedures. Safely haul dirt, gravel, asphalt, aggregate, and other construction materials. Recognize mechanical problems early and report them immediately. Maintain accurate work tickets, communicate with dispatch, and arrive on time. Treat company equipment with care and professionalism.
