Overview To qualify for US internships, you must be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date after the internship/co-op ends. We have fixed start and end dates that are designed to work with various universities’ academic calendars. As the Strategic Sourcing Intern, Customer Success & Sales, you'll get a front-row seat to how Intuit sources and manages the partner network that brings over 10,000 product support and domain experts to life across our Customer Success and Sales organization. You'll help shape decisions about the staffing partners and service providers who supply this talent — no prior sourcing experience required. We're looking for curiosity, sharp analytical thinking, and a genuine interest in how people and business come together at scale. You'll be mentored by an experienced sourcing team, work on real projects with real impact, and walk away with hands-on experience in partner strategy, negotiation, and workforce planning. Responsibilities Support strategic sourcing initiatives for the partner network that supplies over 10,000 product support and domain experts Help develop sourcing strategies and business cases tied to workforce and staffing needs Assist with RFPs and proposals to evaluate and select staffing and outsourcing partners Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, learning what it takes to negotiate and manage those relationships Research industry trends in staffing, outsourcing, and workforce management to help the team spot new opportunities Help analyze cost and workforce data to identify savings and efficiency opportunities Contribute to opportunity assessments alongside experienced sourcing leads Qualifications Current enrollment in a degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date after the internship ends Currently enrolled in an MBA program with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Familiarity with AI tools and a curiosity about how AI can be applied to solve real-world problems Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for the duration of the internship Ability to work in a hybrid environment at an Intuit office location determined by your team and role (Relocation stipend will be provided) Basic knowledge of AI tools Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel, spreadsheets, basic financial modeling) Curiosity about how large organizations build and manage workforce and staffing partnerships Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while learning on the job A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work across teams Nice to have (not required) Exposure to staffing, workforce planning…
