Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, fashion-conscious, and customer-focused Men’s Suit Stylist & Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, an eye for style, and a passion for helping customers look and feel their best. This position involves assisting customers with suit selections, fittings, styling, wedding party orders, and daily store operations. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service Greet customers and provide personalized styling recommendations. Assist customers in selecting suits, shirts, shoes, and accessories. Build complete outfits through effective upselling and cross-selling. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and transactions professionally. Meet individual and store sales goals. Suit Fitting & Styling Take accurate customer measurements and recommend appropriate sizes and fits. Identify necessary alterations and coordinate with the tailoring team. Assist grooms and wedding parties with fittings, styling, and group orders. Provide knowledgeable advice on suit fabrics, styles, and current fashion trends. Store Operations Process transactions, returns, and orders using Shopify POS. Assist with online order fulfillment, inventory counts, and receiving shipments. Maintain organized merchandise displays and a clean sales floor. Follow daily opening, closing, and store operating procedures. Qualifications Required: Previous retail sales or customer service experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and selling skills. Excellent sense of style and professional appearance. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and available to work weekends. Preferred but Not Required: Experience in menswear, formalwear, or fashion retail. Knowledge of suit sizing, fitting, and alterations. Experience with Shopify POS. Experience handling wedding parties or group orders.
