Subcontractor Roofing Crew

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Subcontractor Roofing Crew to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing roofing projects with precision, adhering to safety standards, and delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of roofing installations, repairs, and restoration projects across various types of residential and commercial roofs. Responsibilities Install, repair, and restore a variety of roofing systems such as asphalt shingles, metal roofing, single-ply membranes, and tile roofs Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and install roofing materials accurately Use construction safety harnesses and ladders properly to ensure personal safety and compliance with construction workplace safety regulations Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to execute roofing projects precisely according to specifications Perform siding installation, caulking, heavy lifting, and other related tasks to support comprehensive exterior building restoration projects Maintain a clean and organized worksite by managing debris, securing materials, and adhering to safety protocol adherence at all times Collaborate effectively with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely project completion while prioritizing safety and quality standards Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing repair, installation, or restoration projects Knowledge of various roofing materials including metal roofing, single-ply membranes, tiles, and siding installation Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, fabrication tools, and caulking techniques Experience working outdoors in diverse weather conditions with outdoor work experience preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations such as ladder use, fall protection measures including safety harnesses, and general site safety protocols Join us in delivering top-tier roofing solutions while maintaining the highest standards of safety!
