Subcontractor Delivery Driver DNA Route Works — palm beach/ west palm beach Compensation: $3400–$4,900 per month, based on experiencePay Schedule: WeeklyPotential Bonus Opportunities: Based on work ethic and performance DNA Route Works is seeking a motivated, dependable, and professional Subcontractor Delivery Driver to join our delivery team in Palm beach / west Palm beach, Florida. As a Subcontractor Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting packages along assigned delivery routes while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment. No previous delivery experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Previous delivery, courier, warehouse, or driving experience is appreciated. *Duties & Responsibilities Safely operate a cargo van to complete assigned delivery routes Load and unload packages safely and efficiently Handle packages weighing approximately 30–60 lbs Complete assigned deliveries in a timely and professional manner Follow all applicable traffic laws and safety requirements Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety checks Maintain accurate delivery information and route documentation Use a smartphone or mobile device for navigation, delivery updates, and documentation Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or route-related issues Provide professional and courteous customer service Handle all packages with care Follow DNA Route Works’ delivery procedures and safety policies Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company *Skills & Qualifications Valid driver’s license Own reliable cargo van Reliable smartphone Ability to safely lift and handle packages up to approximately 60 lbs Reliable transportation and ability to report to assigned routes on time Strong time-management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and stay on schedule Good communication and customer-service skills Comfortable using GPS/navigation and mobile delivery applications Ability to follow directions and assigned delivery routes Ability to pass any required background and driving checks *Experience Experience is NOT required. Previous experience in delivery driving, courier services, warehouse operations, package handling, or route delivery is preferred and appreciated, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are dependable and willing to learn. Compensation $3,400–$4,900 per month, based on experience and qualifications. Paid monthly Potential bonus opportunities may be available based on work ethic and performance. Schedule Delivery routes may be available 7 days a week. Specific route assignments and scheduling details will be discussed during the application process.
