Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Subcontractor to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing specialized trade work on various building projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse construction and remodeling projects, from hardscaping and hardscape installations to interior finishings and exterior enhancements. Responsibilities Experience in foundation repair, construction, or a related trade, with the ability to perform physically demanding work. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, technical drawings, and project plans. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely and efficiently on outdoor work sites. Interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately to guide installation processes for plumbing, , stucco, plastering, caulking, and trim carpentry. Collaborate with general contractors and other tradespeople to coordinate work sequences and meet project deadlines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering strictly to safety protocols and site regulations at all times. Experience Proven experience in construction management, estimating, inspection or related fields within building or remodeling projects. Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately. Strong knowledge of safety protocols applicable on construction sites involving outdoor work environments. Prior experience working on hardscaping projects such as patios or retaining walls is highly desirable.
