Subcontract Project Superintendent (Hotel and Multifamily)

Subcontract Project Superintendent Duties: - Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish - Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget - Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations - Collaborate with project team members to resolve any issues or challenges that arise - Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents - Provide leadership and supervision to on-site personnel - Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports Requirements: - 5 years experience as a Project Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Proficient in budgeting, construction estimating, and project scheduling - Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents - Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures - Proficient in using construction management software such as Bluebeam and ProCore - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels If you are a highly organized individual with a strong background in construction project management, we invite you to join our team as a Subcontract Project Superintendent.
