About Onward Cleaning Onward Cleaning Services provides commercial and post-construction cleaning across the Greater Toronto Area. We manage all client communication, scheduling and quality control, and partner with independent cleaning professionals to deliver the work. The opportunity We are seeking dependable subcontract cleaners and small cleaning companies for recurring and one-time commercial cleaning. Client sites include offices, retail stores, restaurants, salons, daycares, and medical and dental clinics. Scope of work Routine cleaning: recurring service, daily to weekly, typically evenings or overnight. Includes waste removal, floor care, washroom and kitchen sanitation, touchpoint disinfection and dusting. Deep cleaning: comprehensive one-time service, including high dusting, vents, baseboards, grout and appliance interiors. How we work together Onward provides a detailed scope sheet for each site. You submit a fixed-price quote per visit or per job. Onward handles all client communication, including requests and feedback. You complete each visit to Onward's written standards and submit photo documentation. Payment is issued by e-transfer or cash within two weeks of approval. Requirements Demonstrated commercial cleaning experience Your own professional supplies and equipment Availability for evening or overnight work Valid Drivers License and Reliable transportation and a smartphone Trustworthiness with keys, access cards and alarm codes, and the ability to work unsupervised How to apply Please submit your name, service areas, availability, the types of commercial spaces you have cleaned, and 3–5 photos of completed work.
