Subcontract Cleaner (Own Car, Insurance and Supplies Required)

IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN INDEPENDENT SUBCONTRACTOR POSITION. This is not employment. You will run your own cleaning business, invoice us for completed jobs, and be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, vehicle, supplies and equipment. About Armando Cleaning Services Armando Cleaning Services is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving the Greater Toronto Area. We clean homes, offices, medical and dental clinics, restaurants, gyms and post construction sites. Our clients trust us because we show up on time and get it right the first time. We are looking for serious, reliable subcontract cleaners who want steady work and a long term partnership. What You Will Do Complete residential cleans: standard, deep, recurring, and move in and move out Complete commercial cleans for offices, clinics, retail spaces and gyms Complete post construction cleans when assigned Follow the ACS cleaning checklist on every single job, with no shortcuts Take before and after photos of every job and upload them through our app Report any damage, access issues or client concerns the same day Return to reclean at no extra charge if a client reports a job was not up to standard Mandatory Requirements (applications missing any of these will not be considered) Valid Ontario driver's licence Your own reliable vehicle to travel to job sites anywhere in the GTA Your own general liability insurance (proof required before your first job) Your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment, including a vacuum, mop, microfibre cloths and cleaning products Willing to provide a clear police background check before your first job Legally able to work in Canada Registered as a sole proprietor or business, or willing to register before your first job Smartphone with data to receive job details and upload photos Able to stand, bend, kneel and lift up to 25 lbs for several hours Clear communication in English Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience, residential or commercial Our Standards Arrive on time, every time. If you are running late, you notify us before the job start time. A no call, no show on any job ends the partnership immediately. Every job is checked against our checklist and photo standards. Professional appearance and respectful behaviour in every client's home or business. Client privacy is mandatory. No personal visitors, no photos of client property other than job photos, and no sharing client information.
