This opportunity is for cleaning professionals who can independently complete a customer’s home using their own supplies and equipment. You choose which offered jobs to accept. Once you accept a job, we expect you to honor that commitment and complete the agreed scope. What You’re Signing Up For Residential cleaning opportunities based on customer demand and your service area. Freedom to accept or decline offered jobs. Clear job details before acceptance, including location, service scope, scheduled window, and contractor payout. Responsibility for your own transportation, supplies, equipment, and work-related expenses. Opportunities to serve recurring customers when your availability and service quality are a good fit. This is an independent contractor opportunity. It does not provide guaranteed hours, a guaranteed number of jobs, or guaranteed earnings. Our customer service window is Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM . Tell us which days, times, and areas you can consistently serve. Compensation Receive 50% of collected cleaning revenue for jobs you accept and successfully complete, according to your contractor agreement. $200 cleaning → $100 contractor share $300 cleaning → $150 contractor share $400 cleaning → $200 contractor share You also receive 50% of collected revenue from approved add-ons you complete . These examples show payment per job, not hourly pay . Your earnings depend on the job’s price, scope, and completed work. Consider travel, expenses, and the time needed before accepting. Payments are issued weekly, the Friday following service , according to the contractor agreement. Experience and Equipment Required You should be able to: Independently complete standard and deep residential cleaning. Thoroughly clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas. Recognize buildup that needs additional attention. Choose products and methods appropriate for different surfaces. Bring a working vacuum, mop, cleaning cloths, and appropriate cleaning products. Review your work and identify missed areas before leaving. Professional residential cleaning experience is required. Please describe the homes you’ve cleaned and the work you personally completed. Expectations for Every Accepted Job Reliability: Accept only appointments you can realistically complete. Keep track of your commitments and notify us immediately if an emergency affects an accepted job. Repeated cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to communicate may result in no further job offers. Communication: Monitor the contact method used for accepted jobs and respond promptly to scheduling, access, and service questions. Keep your availability current. Complete service: Review the scope before accepting. Complete the booked cleaning and approved add-ons, and check your work before leaving. Professional conduct: Respect the customer, their belongings, and their privacy. Handle keys and access codes securely. Problem reporting: Contact PristineKeys promptly about access issues, damage, unsafe conditions, or a home that differs substantially from the description. Obtain approval before adding work or changing the agreed scope. Accountability: Be willing to discuss customer concerns and help resolve verified missed work according to the contractor agreement.
