Key Responsibilities:
• Issue subcontract purchase orders through the ERP system
• Prepare and edit subcontract agreements with supporting documentation
• Manage the subcontractor prequalification process portal end to end
• Liaise with IT regarding the SCPQ Portal
• Scan, post, and file contracts on the Legal CLM platform
Requirements:
• Quick learning and strong motivation
• Effective communication and collaborative teamwork
• Customer-focused approach to subcontract administration
• MS Office, Word, Excel, and document editing knowledge
• JD Edwards or Oracle ERP knowledge considered an asset
