Your Impact Starts Here Graham is recruiting for Co‑op Project Coordinators to support a variety of construction projects across our Infrastructure division. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager and contribute to coordination, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control activities. This position offers hands‑on experience, exposure to real project challenges, and the opportunity to learn from industry professionals within a safe, diverse, and inclusive environment. Work location will depend on project needs; travel may be required and may involve remote sites with rotational schedules Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Cost Monitoring & Reporting: Track daily, weekly, and monthly labour, equipment, material, and subcontractor costs, ensuring accurate cost coding, accruals, and regular reviews with the Project Manager Scheduling & Progress Tracking: Support the development, monitoring, and updating of project schedules; compare actual progress against planned timelines, identify critical paths, and stay informed of manpower and material requirements Documentation & Change Management: Manage and maintain project documentation including drawings, revisions, site instructions, and change orders to ensure accuracy, version control, and timely communication Procurement & Material Handling: Submit material and equipment requisitions, complete receiving documentation, and support the timely coordination of deliveries required for project execution Quality Assurance & Communication: Maintain QA/QC records, testing documentation, and inspection reports; prepare and obtain written clarifications; and participate in project meetings as required to support effective communication The Right Tools for the Job Education: Enrolled in Bachelor of (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical) Engineering, Construction Management, or Engineering Technology Program Experience: Experience in the construction industry is a definite asset.
