The ideal candidate will have strong commercial negotiation, vendor management, and program management experience in a fast-paced technology environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, from intake and selection through contracting, setup, and kickoff. Negotiate complex commercial agreements, including rates, volume discounts, quality thresholds, SLAs, and service terms. Manage vendor relationships, performance, governance, renewals, and amendments. Coordinate with Legal, Finance, sourcing teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Manage multiple vendor engagements simultaneously and resolve approval or process bottlenecks. Analyze vendor cost structures and summarize complex information for senior stakeholders. Prepare executive-ready reports, status updates, and business summaries. Required Qualifications: 5–7+ years of Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Outsourcing, or Vendor Management experience. Strong experience negotiating complex contracts and commercial terms. Proven vendor relationship and program management experience. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers. Bachelor's degree required. Preferred: Experience with AI/ML data annotation, LLM development, or data operations . Experience managing high-volume data annotation programs. Experience with BPOs, crowdsourcing/freelance platforms, or specialized data vendors. Experience analyzing vendor cost models and ROI. Location: New York City – onsite 3 days/week
