As a global engineering, project delivery, and professional services firm, we support some of the world's most complex energy, infrastructure, and mining projects.We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our Procurement team. In this role, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive value across a diverse portfolio of direct and indirect spend categories. You will collaborate closely with engineering, project teams, and business stakeholders to support both corporate procurement initiatives and major capital projects.What You'll DoDevelop and implement strategic sourcing strategies across multiple spend categoriesAnalyze spend data and market trends to identify cost savings and value opportunitiesPartner with internal stakeholders to build sourcing plans and business casesLead supplier evaluations, RFx processes, contract negotiations, and supplier selectionManage strategic supplier relationships and performance reviewsSupport risk management, contract administration, and supplier issue resolutionMonitor procurement market conditions and identify opportunities for continuous improvementProvide procurement support for capital projects, including purchasing, tendering, contract awards, expediting, and supplier managementWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or purchasingStrong negotiation, stakeholder management, and supplier relationship management skillsExperience leading competitive sourcing events and contract negotiationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate spend, costs, and market trendsExperience supporting engineering, construction, infrastructure, mining, or industrial projects is considered an assetProfessional procurement designation (SCMP, CPSM, CPM, MCIPS) is considered an assetReady to make a difference? In accordance with legislated pay transparency requirements, the expected salary range for this position is based on current market data and aligned with internal pay structures to ensure consistency and fairness.Your individual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and location.
